It serves as our guiding framework to achieve Vision 4040, advancing social mobility and driving economic development in our region and beyond. Rooted in SUNY Oswego's rich heritage and driven by our mission to illuminate the path to wisdom and empower individuals for meaningful, impactful lives, this plan acknowledges the ever-changing higher education landscape and the challenges of our times.
